Collection Representative- Temporary Job Opportunity

  Clinic/Hospital Setting:

Hastings location

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30PM

On Call Clinicians has a unique opportunity for a Collection Representative.  The position is a full time temporary position scheduled to begin ASAP and last for 6+ months.

Ideal candidate must have current collection experience and be comfortable to step in and make an immediate contribution with little training time.

Duties include processing collection of delinquent accounts in an efficient and timely manner.  Completion of all attorney billing and information requests.  Provides support to other business office job duties including ashier and patient account representative.

  Must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to challenge yourself.  Experience in a fast paced clinic/hospital setting with previous collection experience.

Experienced/Skills Required:

Two (2) years experience in clinic hospital billing/collections

Knowledge of industry standard and payer requirements

Experience a plus.

Knowledge of computer software programs along with good keyboarding skills.

Strong communication skills – verbal and written

Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work to achieve outcomes
