Search Services – Direct hire placement – Partnering on a contingent basis our clients enjoy the opportunity to view/interview/compare the candidates we present with their own candidates or other agencies candidates and only pay a fee if they choose to hire a candidate we present.

Planning
Develop Job description including both hard and soft skills.
Develop position Litmus test – years of experience, education, must have skills etc.
Utilize either of or both “Push” and “Pull” strategies for name generation ie: Social media, e-recruiting, job posting/advertising, Job fairs, networking events, direct recruiting.
Confirm with stakeholder’s interview process times, dates, deadlines and onboarding.
Name Generation/Sourcing
Utilizing the process above build a pool of pre-qualified candidates.
Interviewing/Qualifying
Utilizing the Litmus test developed in the planning phase we interview and qualify potential candidates which could include such things as technical or clinical screening and behavioral interviewing.
Presenting/Closing/Onboarding
Candidate presentation & evaluation
Interview facilitation, offer presentation/negotiation, candidate closing/acceptance.
Onboarding which can include: background checks and drug screening & reference checks.
